My favourite place to eat. good quality chicken bowels and tacos but the black rice is sometimes undercooked and I can’t eat it because it’s so hard and I can’t chew it. I purchase Zambrero at least once a week. Please make sure you cook your rice well done. Thank you.

Popped in today for lunch during my break for work and was immediately made to feel welcome by Nya and Amelia who were working the lunch shift.

Stopped for some dinner after a stressful day at the hospital. Customer service ok, but rice was not cooked properly. Fortunately I knew something was up before I drove off, and went back in for a replacement. Both girls working 30/3/23 looked at me like I had two heads when I suggested the rice wasn’t cooked. No cash available so had been offered a replacement without rice and nothing extra in addition. I worked at Zams for 4 years and it’s a terrific place to work, so it’s always a shame to see non-passionate people working. It’s far too common occurrence at this store whether it’s stale nacho chips, undercooked rice or a sloppy rolled burrito. Love Zams but will probably stop visiting this store as it’s not worth the hassle.

Store was very busy and the staff were very helpful and efficient! Hard to find good people like this these days. Zambrero is very lucky.

Just bought a burrito wrap and the garlic sauce is off. And black rice are partially cooked. Can’t even taste anything else but everything kind of looks stale. Not good at all!
