I ordered Burritos with Mushroom. Especially told that please put mushroom. Order came without mushroom. Went back told the staff. They changed, thank you. Next one came without mushroom again. Started eating, hoping that mushroom will come. A little over 1/4th, realised that there may not be any mushroom. Opened and Checked. There was no shredded mushroom again. Told the staff again. The main server/ chef said, he checked, they put shredded mushroom. I said where did it go. He said, you might not have realised. Opened further and saw, there was just one piece of cut mushroom. Just one small piece. Finally gave up the discussion. Thank you for the great service.

I ordered a regular burrito bowl on the app and the quantity is lesser than that of the mini version. This has happened more than twice now and it’s extremely disappointing. I was really looking forward to my meal after a hard day of setting up my new apartment. It’s sad that a big chain like Guzman‘s standard has fallen. Worst guzman on the Gold Coast. Nachos fries are just oil fries, poor quality. Took more than 10 minutes to come out after workers were mucking around and laughing. Completely cold food and fries were old and burnt and crispy to the point of not able to eat. Oil was very old and should be changed more often. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered our usual on the app. Disappointed to say the quality control has decreased at this outlet. We received cold food, even though we were there to collect at the allocated time. The fries were bendy and under seasoned. Burrito didn’t seem to have the same allocation of portions as normal. (I always add sautéed veggies to my burrito but this time I got a pitiful amount considering I PAID for extra).
