Waitress accidentally spilt wine on me, ruined my jacket, but these things happen. I explained politely to the manager what had happened and asked if we could have a discount. He asked who did it and I had to show him the jacket, the young waitress was not there. He was rude, arrogant and expected me to go out of my way to pick the jacket after his neighbour had it dry cleaned! Besides that, service was rubbish, didn’t get a drink I ask for, charged for entree that we did not get!
