The food is good, but service is absolutely disappointing. Three of us ordered the Yasaka Special Ramen, but they all looked different. When we asked the waiter she just rolled her eyes and said it’s self service.

Worse ramen place ever. Tasted super oily like they poured half a bottle of oil into the soup. Also you get booted out at 7:30 when the sign says they close at 8:30. It’s super empty on Friday night so go figure.

Friend wanted to come so I accompanied. Got the $26 special / signature one. Very meh. The ordering screen allows you to choose various things eg hardness of noodles and I don’t think they gave that any mind. I chose the hardest and the noodles were moosh. The soup was lukewarm. The broth was heavy / oily but somehow also lacked flavour. The toppings were ok but the Chashu didn’t have the smoked – torched flavour like in Liverpool branch. Won’t really come back — it’s not awful but not worth the $26. My friends didn’t feel well after eating theirs – very bloating. The eggs weren’t really that seasoned BUT they were nice and gooey.
