By far the best I’ve ever had, unfortunately they have permanently closed and when you ring to place an order unknowingly your call is directed to another restaurant and when you arrive to find the premises has been vacated, you call to find out what is going on only to find you didn’t order from Wyoming Lantern.

Just paid $22 for lemon chicken + extra sauce, what I got was Dry Breaded chicken + container of sauce. Normally you either add sauce to the chicken container or you do dry breaded chicken + sauce container, I got the latter and got ripped off for the extra sauce that I paid for and never got.

Great takeaway food. My girlfriend and I always seem to end up ordering the same things, but we have never been disappointed so why change? The dine in restaurant is never busy unless they are hosting a function, so you are almost always guaranteed a table even if you don’t have a booking.

It’s been ages since we have had Chinese and decided to give this place a go. The restaurant was very clean and tidy (went in to order takeaway) and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately it was very overpriced. If it was amazing food I could understand the higher prices but it was very middle of the road. We ordered Mongolian Lamb and Satay Chicken and they were both FULL of onion to the point that it was literally half the dish. The pieces of meat in the Special Fried Rice were very hard and it was also completely overtaken by onion. The fried dim sims had a nice crunchy outer coating but were very bland inside. Will be looking for somewhere else next time.

This place used to be the best chinese on the coast and my family and I have been eatting here for the past 15 odd years, but who ever has come in and made changes has ruined it! The portion size has gone down and the food is now inedible! I ordered my usual pork fillet in plum sauce and literally could not stomach it. It looked, felt and tasted like rubber and was a very strange colour, as if it had been frozen and then flash fried. The onions in the dish were also raw when they used to be cooked well and sauteed in sauce. Extremely disappointed that I paid so much for such a disgusting dish that I couldn’t even eat!! Will definitely not be returning and will no longer reccommend to family or friends, complete waste of money!

Very much overpriced. Ordered Satay Scallops which cost $25 and is literally 6-8 small scallops on a bed of onion. Overall quality is average with the exception of the rainbow steak which is good.

I order a meal and there was a piece of wire in our dinner ! Which my daughter and I were sharing!!! After calling them they sent out another but I refused to eat it. Will never order from here again!!! Please be careful if you are eating from this place!
