My sister and I have come in a few times now over the last couple of months. It is an interesting little place to be in. The decor doesn’t quite make sense to me but that doesn’t stop the food being really nice! My sister adores the lasagna and I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered the gnocchi now. Just recently I switched it up and tried something new, also delicious! So much food by the time you have a focaccia and main, but they always let us take the rest away. The staff are nice, although don’t always know their menu and what’s in stock. Our last visit had them lose our reservation too, but they were able to get us in with no fuss. I’d suggest just call to reserve, don’t bother doing it online. The chef sometimes makes a visit out to see how the food is too which is nice. Overall a nice place we like to visit regularly since moving to the area.

We had a booking for 5. Owner acknowledged our party on entry and was greeted with smiles. Food was delicious could not fault service. We had a variety of dishes and was not disappointed, entrees served within a good time frame. Waitress asked if we were ready for our mains and with in 15 minutes we had our very decent sized portions.

I had a large booking (11 adults, 3 kids) as a last minute booking. The staff made an effort to make sure we were all looked after. The chef, although said he was nervous about the large group, had all our meals out at the same time and checked in with us all night. Everyone had a delicious meal and the vibe there was awesome.

As a local, I can’t recommend this one. Too many other Italian restaurants who know how to provide quality. The pizza was incredibly salty and loaded with cheese and not much else. The garlic bread was overcooked. When we arrived, heavy rap music was being played. We waited ages for the pizza, with the large table next to us also complaining. The response was that they had a lot of takeaway orders to fill. The highlight was the lovely young lady who served us, she tried her best to improve the experience.

Very inviting staff. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner for a large group. The staff were extremely engaging and the owner took great interest in how we felt and the quality of the meals.

Very authentic food. We had a special and also a risotto. One of the best risottos we have had in a restaurant. Presentation was good. The cocktail specials were also made well. Family atmosphere mixed ages here including a 3 generation birthday party.
