Frankie’s is a family business named for their father and grandfather Frank Inzitari. An entrepreneur and migrant from Calabria in Italy. Hospitality and a love of food was in his blood. He left Arena, a small historical town in the heart of the south with a dream that his family carries on to this day. Frankie’s Restaurant & Bar is an authentic Italian restaurant offering home-style cooking created by the talented chef, Frank Pantano. Enjoy a relaxed dining atmosphere with choice of restaurant or cocktail bar to dine in. Open Monday – Saturday from 5pm. Reservations are recommended. Dine in or takeaway!

Great service by the young lady. Ordered sirloin which is tasty but it might be a bit overcooked to rather than medium well. But the red wine sauce is perfect. While the prawn paste and mussels are great. Definitely will come back again if visit Lithgow again next time.

Not sure what happened last night as we had heard great things about this restaurant so thought we’d have a decent meal. We ordered 2 pizzas, a side salad and sticky date pudding. We had them delivered to our room. Unfortunately it all missed the mark. They arrived in boxes, with no napkins or plates. The pizzas we undercooked and didn’t taste very good. They were also missing cheese. The salad came with 2 spoons. We didn’t have the heart to send it back because we didn’t want to waste food or produce, but we didn’t enjoy our meal at all unfortunately.

Thank you for a relaxing enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable, spacious and spotless. The restaurant was great with excellent food perfectly prepared and generous portions. Both the veal and pork belly were absolutely delicious and the steak was exceptional. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive and Michelle is a great asset and ambassador for your business.

Oh my goodness. Travelled from Sydney for a night, was looking for somewhere to have dinner and was unsure about Frankies but it was AMAZING!! They let us In without a reservation and the food was fantastic. Cocktails were beautiful. Couldn’t fault it. 5 stars.

Our family had a wonderful night at the Zig Zag Motel. Lovely size room, great sleeping options for different aged children. Clean rooms and aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Wonderful and very friendly staff. Room service was fabulous, fast and the steak from Frankie’s Restaurant was the best rare steak I’ve ever had while dining out!!!!
