I’ve tried this place 3 times. First time they gave us the wrong bill and we had to argue to get it corrected. Second time (even though it’s ridiculously expensive for pasta) again they overcharged us, this time we didn’t have the energy to argue so we walked away and sucked it up. Third time they brought me the wrong pasta $35 but I ate it anyway, then they overcharged us again (even on top of holiday surcharge).. but this time we went back for the difference, which they tried to rectify by throwing a ripped note at us (half of the overcharged amount).. so again we had to strongly debate it! Because apparently the prices they charge are different from the price shown on the menu. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal.

I’m not sure I’ve experienced a more lifesaving service than Little Tommy’s; after a mixup and one too many Chardonnays we realised that our pickup order wouldn’t be possible – without a moment’s notice they jumped in the car and drove to us to drop off our dinner! Fantastic people and even better food

Food it was amazing, unfortunately the service wasn’t totally good. The blond waitress didn’t put my order through and treated me badly when I went to pay the bill, the other waitresses were great though. Appreciate the pizza and the environment, but the customer service could definitely improve. Smiles as politeness are always welcome.

Ordered online at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm pick up. Was told at 7:25pm that it would be an additional 20 minute wait. Still no food well after 8pm. Female, blond wait staff with glasses could use some extensive training in customer service and humility.

We were excited to try this place having driven past a number of times. Sadly we were pretty disappointed. Service is great, desserts are fantastic, wine list is pretty good, but the food is only just average. Just. The fettuccine was good, not great, but the risotto was awful. So bad in fact it was sent back after 1 mouthful. Still charged for it mind you. Anyway, we wouldn’t return.

Amazing Gluten Free Pizza! And they make them from scratch. It didn’t feel or taste like I’d eaten a rock. Fantastic Margaritas with homemade syrups. Wonderful atmosphere, and dog friendly. Friendly and helpful service- everyone was so lovely. Will be going back again soon!

My go to for takeaway pizzas as they have the best home made Gluten Free pizza base (not from frozen). The staff are always friendly and it has a great vibe. I love that everything is order from the app as it’s so easy. A convenient location to take away and sit by the creek to eat. They also serve alcohol whilst you wait for your order.

Ordered dinner here on Saturday night for takeaway was told 15min wait 45 min later still no food all I ordered was one pasta dish payed $35 for barely a kids sized meal was still hungry after eating and the quality would have been better if I just baught a pre made packet pasta from the supermarket

Bitterly disappointed. I honestly expected so much more from Little Tommy’s as I was told by staff that they had an “Italian pizza maker.” making the pizzas. Their $30 Gamberi consisted of tomato sauce, a few prawns, it had no cheese, and had burnt edges. It looked and tasted pretty bland and imo, just plain ordinary! The Hawaiian pizza was better.
