It’s great that Toowoomba now has a restaurant of this calibre. I’ve been lucky enough to eat at a few of the “famous” restaurants around the world and Veraison bats in the same league. We had the five course degustation menu and enjoyed every bit of it. We also had the “recommended wines” by the glass and each was very well chosen for the food it accompanied. If I had one tiny criticism it’s that a small glass of wine to go with the final cheese course would have been an nice extra touch–but this is really nit picking. All in all, we’ll be going back as soon as possible.
