asked on the phone if I could swap prawns for chicken, and was told I wouldn’t be charged extra. When I went to pay they charged me an extra $1 for the chicken even though I was removing an ingredient not adding an ingredient. I wont come here again based on this experience and lack of customer service.

The pizzas were okay. Low quality ingredients, but you get what you pay for. We ordered and then came to pick it up 30 minutes later and they hadn’t even started making them yet. They lied and told us they had started, and then we clearly watched them begin making our order a few minutes later.

Gio Pizza is an excellent spot for a delicious pie and fantastic customer service! I recently had the pleasure of ordering from this place and was blown away by the level of care and attention the owner gave me. I made a mistake on my order and the owner went above and beyond to rectify the situation, even going as far as to make me a new pizza on the house. The level of kindness and generosity was truly exceptional.
