Only 4 stars because nothing is perfect. We eat there twice a week because we really enjoy the food, it’s tasty fresh produce, the salads are excellent. The staff are attentive and readily listen to suggestions for personal tastes. Even at very busy times their attention never wanes. Thoroughly recommend this venue, a great spot.

We always get friendly service, good food and great coffee at Vanilla Pod! The staff handled our large group very well today in a busy time. Little wait for meals and great service without being rushed out the door when we were done. Great local cafe.

I have tried a number of dishes here and it is all consistently good. Today was the Blat which I would have again. I also love the atmosphere, especially the tables for two. I can sit by myself and not feel like I’m taking up space for a group. I hate it when there are only group size tables. Finally, thank you to the staff for saving a lost parcel for me. That was really nice. See you next time.

Have been coming here for 5 years and it’s my go-to cafe in Queanbeyan. Love the friendly staff who always greet with a smile, and the food is super tasty. My daughter loves being able to pop in and out of the cafe to play in the indoor playground which I can see from the cafe.
