My Partner and I went in for a quick dinner after the Gym. The person who served us was rude and cold. His attitude was gross. Seemed like we were just a hinderance to him and his restaurant. Something a customer always wants to feel when they are going to spend money in their restaurant. We got our 2 burgers and chips. The food was terrible. Burger buns were stale. The chicken burger was not good. The bun stale, the chicken was hard and chewy like it had been re heated in the microwave and slapped on to the stale burger bun. The slaw was flavourless. My partner said the best part of his burger was the pickles. The meat was flavourless, stale bun. The chips were not fresh at all. Overall food and service was terrible. We have been to the North Lakes Twelve Boar and had the complete opposite experience there.

Overall a very poor experience. I need to add that the manager called me just after we had picked up and let me know they had missed an item and offered to deliver to us. That was the only good part of the experience because 1. the order taking was clumsy and inexpert. 2. The food was not hot or even warm, the best rating would be tepid. 3. The ribs were outrageously overcooked: dry, hard, and no flavour. The sauce was very ordinary and clearly this dish was not prepared by someone who knows how to cook ribs. 4. The pulled pork burger was basically a cold stale roll with cold flavourless stringy pork. 5. The wings were overcooked and had been reheated more than just this time. The buffalo sauce was tasteless, what there was of it. 6. The sweet potato fries were just soggy and cold. 7. The coleslaw was not fresh and just not close to what slaw is meant to be. 8. We were overcharged for all of the sides not being included in the price as per the menu. Sorry but I have let other people know about our experience.

I had the smoked pork/beef burger with fries and 5 buffalo wings. The burger was spot on, great smoke flavour, tender, fresh bun and lightened up a bit with the slaw. The fries are thin cut for a better texture, not that starchy soggy mess you often find on thick cut fries. Well seasoned and tasty. The wings had a typical buffalo sauce and were, to my pleasant surprise, not battered. Buffallo wings are not battered! Thanks for doing it right. The skin was nicely crispy. My only gripe would be that the wings were overcooked. Most were very small and the rest were exceptionally small. If that were remedied, I’d give my order 5 stars.

The food was very lovely would eat the food agian. However, the waitress is very horrible very snotty behaviour. My mum even commented on how good the food is and waitress didn’t even say anything back. Upon receiving our meals my sister asked if they had plates and waitress replied saying no(when clearly they do she is just so lazy to pack up after us) and said that we could use napkins. The waitress is very snotty and very horrible towards my family she even rolled her eyes to my sister when she was asking a question. The waitress was so rude towards my family, the other lovely boy who was there should of served us instead as he has great customer service and is very pleasant.

Just ordered the texas ranch loaded fries without beef. Tasted amazing. Hot and fresh, friendly staff and the restaurant looked really nice and fancy for a bbq take away.

I recently had a very nice experience at this establishment so I decided to come back again to enjoy the food. This time I opted for a different meal and ordered a Brisket Bacon Burger. Although I was disappointed by rudeness of the server I tried not to think about it and was getting excited to receive my food. After waiting for what felt like 30 minutes I received my burger, my mouth began drooling as I prepared to take a bite. After sinking my teeth into a cold buns I noticed a strange taste in my mouth, an almost cold metallic taste. I didn’t take any notice to it though just thinking the meat was a bit undercooked, but when I disassembled the burger to see the contents I dropped to my knees and fell to the ground. Inside the burger there was what looked like a sheet of metal, something that you would find inside a AA battery. Instantly I began to feel the effects of the Battery Burger and my stomach began turning, I had taken four bites of this monstrosity and realised the only way I would survive was to get the battery metal out of my stomach. I sprinted outside and threw up all over the sidewalk while onlookers stared at me with disgusted looks. After further inspection my pool of vomit contained around four pieces of the battery metal which was the amount that I ate. Overall a near death experience and would not recommend.

Ordered a delivery of the brisket & pork loaded fries and the fries were hot and the pork and brisket was stone cold. Disgusting. The brisket on the burger was also stone cold. No idea why the BBQ meats is straight out of the fridge.
