First time I have been here and I will be returning. There are 3 distinct areas in this beautiful heritage building – beer garden, bar and dining room. The decor is perfect with warm wood and plants everywhere. There’s a range of seating options available with high and low tables. Reservations would be recommended during busy periods. Our meals were fresh, well prepared and delicious. Adjustments were made for one person with a restricted diet and they cut the price. Definitely worth a visit.

Buffalo Bar on Mary Street is a great spot for after-work drinks with colleagues. The staff were very accommodating when we were only able to book for 6 people at the time but more than 10 joined. They were able to move us to a bigger table without any fuss.

Had the USA burger and it very was similar to what I would have bbq’d myself at home back in North America. Great portion and the waffle fries with aoli were a tasty accompaniment along with a Pepsi max!

Great atmosphere with live music. We ordered a share platter plus a burger. I enjoyed my burger. Share platter was great until we got to the loaded fries. My wife took a tiny bite and it taste off, smelt off and made her stomach churn and the rest of the meal not sit well. I then tried them…. 1 bite made me gag it was that foul. Was a bit disappointing as we wanted to go out for a nice relaxing meal for our anniversary and left feeling ill instead.

Visited on a Friday evening for dinner. Really busy but still great service especially from out waiter Liam. Food on point and delivered within 10 minutes. Chilled out happy vibe. Something for everyone with many sports channels to view and great live music.

Order and pay for everything from the online menu. Drawback: forces tip upfront for unknown service. Recommend the pork belly appetizer, but eventually needs accompanying sauce (I.e. bbq) as it gets boring. Average chicken wings. Average onion rings. Tender lamb.
