I made an order through DoorDash today and had my order stolen by the driver. Tori Tori were aware this happened after another driver tried to pick up my food. I was able to reorder and they were amazing. They threw in extra chicken, and chips too. The food is absolutely amazing. Yesterday we had their bulgolgi burger and it is great too! Customer Service by the staff here is incredible.

We ordered chicken tenders with 4 different dipping sauces. Instead of giving us separate dipping sauces, they have poured the chilli one over half of the chicken tenders and given us one dipping sauce separate. Also, I ordered a passionfruit drink and got Iced tea. Yuck. Foods going in the bin. Because I ordered though uber eats, I can’t get a flipping refund. Putrid service.

Customer service is great. The chicken is the best I’ve ever had, (boneless or wings chilli & garlic is my favourite). Teriyaki Rice bowl is super tender and flavourful. Food is always fresh and hot. So so good! Is a must try, I order from there all the time!!

First time I tried Tori Tori chicken, I fell in love with Boneless Chilli Garlic flavoured chicken yummy in my tummy Staff are awesome especially the Chef This guys the Man. I just got this delivered. I was sceptical , but I am was amazed. The meal was enough for 2 nights. The chicken is better than any chicken place I have had in years. The chips were the natural kind, so delicious. 10/10 wouldn’t be high enough for me; it was mind-blowingly good; the only thing stopping me from ordering it again in a few days is I got so much chicken for the $15 that I won’t run out for days; BUT, I will get this again. So good. Yum
