We eat take away here on the regular, and the food is always very tasty. But the last few visits, the customer service has not been great. On multiple occasions we’ve been given a time of 30-40 minutes to pick up our order, however when we arrive we are then made to wait an additional 30-40 minutes. Like tonight, we were told our order will be ready at 7, it’s now 7:35 and we are still waiting. This is not acceptable. I totally understand that things get busy, and am happy to wait 10-15 minutes extra if it’s really required but you can not ask your customers to wait an additional 30-40 minutes than your original timing. If you can’t handle the number of orders coming through, please don’t accept them or hire additional staff in your kitchen.

Although I really want to rate it 4 stars, and focus on the positives, several things seriously detract from a 4 or 5 star experience. I’ll start with price – for what is Sushi Sushi quality food (yep that takeout at every food court), the price seems extravagant for the variety and quality.

Beautiful place, delicious food and everyone is so nice, when we ordered a banquet, they made us wait a while longer than expected, but that was so they could bring us multiple courses at once, which I thought was great. Overall, great place with great food and great service.

Would give this place a miss. Over $80 for horrible quality food. Fish all tasted old and not fresh, tuna was dry and nori felt old. Too much rice for some things not enough for others. The cutting of the fish looked like it was done by a 5 year old. Didn’t enjoy food one bit save yourself and go else where
