Avoid! I can appreciate that this McDonald’s gets very busy but after watching multiple people receive their meal who ordered after me I enquired at the counter only to be dismissed by staff. I asked a second time and the manager didn’t even bother to actually check just told me sorry we are busy.

Our family has made a number of stops at roadside McDonalds on our recent vacation and we just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the Kempsey store on Pacific Hwy. We really appreciated how clean all areas of the restaurant were, and also the mature aged staff who served customers with a smile.

Stopped for breakfast 3 times in the past few months. Food is always super hot and fresh. Managers get in and help. As as ex McDonald’s employee I appreciate this store very much.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting ti be served, all whilst the staff were looking at us and doing other things. We finally drove off and they stared at us through the window. If the drive through is closed at 8:30pm the lights should be off!! So angry
