Waiters restaurant makes you feel like you stepped into a little Italian restaurant. It’s definitely not the fanciest but the food is on point. The flavours are nothing like I’ve ever tried before in Italy.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so high here.

Good food, with full-on Italian theme and vibe. Made a little nano Italia with windows, tables chairs and the other wall decor. Although every one, including chefs, manager and servers are very much multi ethnic Melbournians.

Great food, seemed very authentic 🙂 we had the antipasto to share (plenty) and then the pappardelle al funghi and the rigatonni amatriciana

Cute and quaint little restaurant, tucked away on the second level. You’ll have to get up a narrow passage of stairs, at the top of which an assuming door opens into a room packed full of diners.

A no frills restaurant that let’s the food do the talking. No menus, which for the visually impaired is really frustrating but the waitress was lovely and took the time to go through the menu..twice. Good value, generous servings. We got there at 8pm and 4 dishes were sold out so recommend going earlier. Lovely wine bar downstairs if you want to go for a sophisticated drink beforehand

Hidden in an alleyway, up the stairs to this traditional gorgeous authentic restaurant. It was a packed dining room but service was prompt and the food was absolutely divine! You have to call to book, menu is on the chalkboard (without prices though) but I just love how traditionally authentic the experience was – if you’re looking for a quality Italian experience, this is your place!
