Located in Chinatown in Southport, Gold Coast, just across Australia Fair. The 2 ladies there were very helpful, and did not mind explaining to me what the different spices and other sauces are used for. The shop has an very good and large variety of snacks, sauces, canned food, noodles, cakes, etc. Great place for Filipino groceries…

My partner was sending money to family & one of the staff made a mistake, so my partner queries them, the person had an attitude and started calling my lady a girl. They must also have an amazing memory as no prices on all the products on the shelves, but when it’s time to charge you they somehow know prices with no item list. Lucky for receipt it showed things we didn’t get too. Over priced products.

The food was lovely but the staff who took my order, who served the food and was the one who took my payment had made a mistake of my bill. She let me pay twice for one dish. It was a separate transaction. Good thing I took the receipt. Just a reminder for everyone to ask for your receipts every time you buy something from this shop. For me, looks like kind of intentional. Maybe I am wrong, but check before leaving the stores.

I visited this shop looking for a specific item. I had a look, couldn’t find it and waited at the counter for assistance. The woman behind the counter completely ignored me even though she had made eye contact with me and another walked past me and kept going.I left without purchase due to this rude ignorant behaviour by 2 staff members!!!!would never recommend this place

Charged me $10 for a piece of paper. Says it’s for tracking for the box going to Philippines. But your receipt says it’s the deposit for a box. Absolute rip off
