Been here a couple of times now in the hope that it will improve. No such luck. Yesterday was it for us and we won’t return. I had the butter chicken filo with chips and salad. Chips looked cooked but were fridge temp cold, filo was the same. How does that even happen?….Unless they precook then microwave and forgot to do that with my dish. Sent it back, when it was returned some chips were cold still and some were scalding hot, filo was still cold in the middle – indicating that yes they are microwaved. I understand doing the filo like that to save time but seriously not with the chips. If your “chef” can’t cook hot chips then there is something very wrong.

Today was an unfortunate experience. Today was Mother’s Day, and I took my family out for breakfast. We ordered, and one of the meals didn’t come with eggs. We told the waitress, and the waitress told the chef about fixing it, and the chef began to yell at the waitress loud enough for the customers to hear that he did nothing wrong. It was very unprofessional, especially when the waitress was very young.

A very disappointing restaurant experience. I waited for a long time for my order, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. To make matters worse, there was something on my plate that shouldn’t have been there, which makes me suspect it wasn’t properly cleaned. Additionally, I specifically requested a soft-boiled egg, but it was cooked completely through.

I had the pancakes and they were delicious. I didn’t want one of the toppings, so asked when I ordered not to have it and my wishes were carried out. My husband tried a new flat grill and he really enjoyed it. Our drinks were great and we couldn’t have asked for any better service. Highly recommend The Coffee Club.
