Loved their food here and we’ve been coming back! The grilled pork skewers are our favorite – tender and grilled perfectly. We also tried their spicy and sour pork bone soup – was really spicy but goes well with rice and perfect for winter. Their hot pot was also a winner for those who like a mildly spiced soup – the meat that came with it was a generous serve. The beef boat noodles were simple but very tasty and filling. We also loved their steamed pork leg on rice – mild soy flavor enough to keep you going at it. We can’t wait to be back and try other dishes here

Value for money 10/10, the dishes here are super cheap and is a great venue to visit with a group of friends to enjoy Thai food. Every dish was under $20.

The place was nice and cozy. We tried the grilled pork cheek and crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli on rice. The flavors were good but the crispy pork belly could’ve been cooked better (crispier – it was a bit too chewy). The longan drink was refreshing.

First time to this new thai restaurant in Melbourne. It was a 10 minutes queue on Monday night at around 6.30. We ordered Stewed pork leg rice, grilled pork intestines, spicy and sour beef soup and thai milk tea. The prices for food are consider as cheap compared to other Thai restaurants. The food are average, not stunning. Will come back to try more other menu items.

Came here for dinner and it was delicious. If you’re a fan of soi 38 then it’s very similar though thai Baan has more menu options. Everything we had was good and pretty value for price. Their pad thai was yum, good texture to the noodles although chicken was a little dry. The grilled pork cheek was very tender, fatty and mouth watering with the dip provided. Absolutely recommend if you want to give soi 38 a break.

Grilled pork cheek is juicy and good but the sauce is too sour. Ayutthaya noodle is sweet, i think it’s just the way it supposed to be which is fine compared to the portion and price. However, corn salted egg is disappointed. Portion is too small with half salted egg for 15.90$ You can do better than this !

If you are looking for some Thai Street Food in Melbourne, make sure you visit Thai Baan Yoksod in Melbourne. The atmosphere inside will made u feel like you are dinning in BKK for real. Their food is tasty like those they served in Thailand. We order the E-San Hot Pot. It come with lots of meat and veggies. We put meat in the their special soup broth, wait till it cooked then take some to the bowl and add their special sauce to make it even more tasty. It really yummy for this cold weather in Melbourne. Their other dishes that we ordered also delicious. Couldn’t finish it all bcoz the Esan Hot Pot took all the space in our tummy. Have to take away some back home to continue eating later when our tummy got more room.
