Saw 4 star rating and we ordered our first takeaway yesterday. Just classic beef massaman and chicken pad Thai with a coconut rice. The rice was beautiful however the curry was too salty and chicken pad Thai was very disappointing. Thin rice noodles with the taste nowhere close to pad Thai and it was hard to finish. Not sure this was just a one off mistake or ongoing thing… all chicken pad Thai I have tasted from all other eat in or takeaway have been not to this level of disappointment.

We’ve been going here for years now. And it hasn’t missed a beat for takeaways. Until recently and especially today. The place was a mess, they’re still not set up for dining in and there was a significant leak coming from the ceiling. I understand the leak probably wasn’t their fault. I noticed how disorganised the kitchen was, not the usual ladies working organised and smoothly. The owner, a couple of kids and the chef. I didn’t think much of it, until I got home and put the food out. No tofu in our vegetarian choo chee, to be honest it was just carrot, cabbage, a few green beans and lots of onion. The beef looked pale, more like pork and again too much onion. Not their best night perhaps, but you need to clean up your game, because there are plenty of alternative Thai restaurants in the area.

So delicious! One of the best red curries I’ve ever had, and I get them quite often. Large portion and tons of veggies, tofu was firm and high quality. No complaints at all.

Ordered takeaway yesterday that totalled $69.10 according to invoice emailed to me but nowhere did it say there was a 15% surcharge for public holidays (charged $79.46). I appreciate that businesses can charge a surcharge on public holidays – everything else was on the email except the surcharge which I found to be misleading and deceptive conduct. It turned out to be a very expensive dinner especially for the beef massaman that consisted of a few lumps of fatty chewy meat and three biggish potatoes and the rest of the dish was sauce! I should’ve read the reviews first – would NOT recommend

One of the worst Thai takeaways I have ever had I would never recommend this place , we had the Garlic beef which wasn’t cut into pieces properly and very tuff also ordered the satay chicken which came with 4 pieces of chicken that were battered .

Food was disgusting. Chicken skewers burnt and dry. Massam curry was flavorless and tasted awful to the point of being uneatable. Prices have gone up but food is worse. Spent $63 for dinner that 80 percent of went in the bin. They also now charge 70 cents for visa purchases but don’t tell you that on the website so you only find out after swiping your card with the food in hand at the counter. This used to be a great place but now it’s the worst Thai food I have ever had. Never coming back.

We’ve been going here for a long time but apparently it’s under new management. Stir fried veg with peanut sauce dish has changed…for the worse. Veg fresh but extremely watery. Less tofu. The peanut ‘sauce ‘ was just a bunch of wet crushed peanuts with no discernable flavour and mouth feel was unpleasant. Very disappointing and will likely go elsewhere next time.

Hi, we are regulars at Thai Groverly. It used to be our favourite Thai, fresh ingredients and full of flavor. The $100+ takeaway that we got the other night was almost inedible. The meat was like paper, obviously pre cooked and tasted disgusting. This we could not eat!!! Like what the heck, are you trying to lose all your customers? The spicey fried rice was mushy, claggy and had zero flavor! The chicken sticks were dry. The vegetables in the stir fried vegetables was barely cooked, the zucchini still rock hard, the tub was half full and there was next to no juice and this had little taste also.

There was an incomplete order via Uber eats. Thai groverly tried 2 seperate times following this to deliver the order before it was successfully delivered on the third attempt. So patient and kind to keep trying to get our meal to us. On receive this would have been the fourth time time they cooked this dish for us. It was amazing as usual (you can’t go fault the larb), the customer service though chef kiss. If I could rate higher I would.

Absolutely amazing! The drunken noodles were one of the best noodle dishes I’ve had in Brisbane. We ordered heaps of mains for a big family dinner and everybody was impressed.
