The food was exceptional, had duck and 7 spice chicken. Easily the best food we’ve ever had, better than any fine dining food experience. The complexities of flavours and textures, the pairings… just perfection. Even the margarita cocktail had depth and complexity. I wish we weren’t visiting so we could try every item on the menu. The lady was fantastic, really genuine and passionate.

Went for an early family dinner. Ordered for Mongolian chicken and holy basil chicken along with jasmine rice and pad Thai noodles. The menu never mentioned that they add fish sauce (with a around pungent smell) in their Pad Thai. The person who took the order didn’t bother to check. When we requested them to change as we do not eat fish sauce and usual thai Restros that we have been to (including eating joints in Thailand) do not add fish sauce, we were point blank refused stating we should have told them not to add fish sauce. We tried requesting stating that the menu does not say that pad thai had fish sauce but the lady owner seemed as if she didn’t care. With the prices they have on their menu, they could have easily made a first visit a happy one by just changing the order but guess greed weighed heavier than customer satisfaction. Definitely not going there again and never recommending this place to any family and friends. Guess it definitely was not a “Weladee” for us!!!

Food was very nice, however we were charged $4.50 for an extra glass so I could share a $10 wine with my sister! On a $145 bill this seemed to be rather greedy and unnecessary. It was charged as byo which it wasn’t! Seems a small thing but it spoilt the evening.

Dined with friends at Weladee Thai tonight & we all had a wonderful first time visit. Loved the location & all staff are very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The shared entree & each of the 3 mains ordered were well presented & very tasty. Definitely will be returning.

Amazing Thai food we ordered the Panang curry and Stir fry chicken with chilli and basil leaf. Welcoming and friendly service. Highly recommend. Such a lovely restaurant.
