Its my first time to dine in there and we order online but there is a bit of issue with our order our. And I complain about it but Hope who was helping us went beyond to see what she can do to assist us. She was not grumpy as she helps us, though I did show her I was not happy with it but the good thing is she was still friendly and nice and helpful with us all the way through and she was even apologetic though its not her fault really. The food is also great the chicken is also very tender on the fettuccini pasta and dessert is beautiful. The only critic I have is the signature sauce for the steak is very sweet. Thats why I gave four stars for food. Over all it was good experience and Hope made it more better as she is great at her customer service.

The service and atmosphere here were fantastic, but the burger was absolutely horrible. I can’t stress that enough. It’s probably the worst burger I’ve ever had. The patty was burnt, but I can’t imagine that the burger would have been that much better if it weren’t. It’s the vegan burger, so the choice of distributor might be the issue. The burgers at Grill’d, just across the way from this particular TGI Fridays, are so much better and cheaper. Also, LongBrows Jungle Bar is pricey but the food is phenomenal.

Despite being busy, we were seated quickly and our food came out quickly. The staff were really friendly, the food was delicious and we had mocktails that were delicious! Overall, a really nice experience.

Stopped in for lunch last Sunday with my hubby. I ordered the SIGNATURE WHISKEY GLAZE ULTIMATE BURGER (and an ultimate Watermelon Cooler cocktail) and Hubby ordered the SIGNATURE WHISKEY GLAZE CRISPY CHICKEN BURGER and JEEZALOO!! They were so YUM and HUGE – we couldn’t finish our chips we were so FULL!! The staff were friendly and your food is cooked in plain view of patrons so you can see nothing dodgy going on in the kitchen! I’ve chosen to celebrate Mothers Day at TGI’s this coming Sunday and I’m already keen as for a cocktail or 2 (or 3!)

The best experience I’ve had at a TGI Fridays. My best friend and I took to TGI on a Wednesday to celebrate life over some $5 margaritas (the strawberry one is particularly delicious) and were met by the most hospitable, friendly and helpful staff, in particular Lauren, Eliza and Tay, making our time just so lovely. Rachel, the head chef, cooked our Salmon to perfection, but all meals and sides just tasted so yummy.

Came here for Dinner with my wife. Staff are Friendly and service was good. Happy hour 4-5pm every day with $5 cocktails and 3x $5 snack options. Large menu to choose . I downloaded the app to order through that, was a little slow to order though and a bit annoying that every time you wanted a drink you had to put your card details in. We had the wings with signature sauce was nice, wings were pretty small tho. My wife got the pork belly Nachos which she enjoyed, just needed more pork belly on there. I had the Tex cowboy burger which was nice. A lit bit overpriced for what it is but service is good and food was nice and I would go back here again.
