Update on the place as we have dined here before. Got the drinks mixed up and missed one of the sides. Junior staff member dealt with us so maybe it was beginner service. Wasn’t a deal breaker as we understand beginners need a start point.

This place is always good value. Food is amazing. Realy good location with super nice staff. Realy great place for lunch and has a good kids menu aswell. Had a disappointing night at Rashays tonight. Firstly, they got our order wrong. We ordered 1 creamy prawn risotto and 1 creamy chicken penne. The prawn risotto was very nice, but instead of the creamy chicken penne, we got another creamy prawn penne. When we pointed out the mistake to the staff, they apologised and brought the creamy chicken penne, except there were hardly any chicken in the dish but for 2 tiny pieces of chicken the size of a thumbnail. We had been to Rashays before and always had good service and good food. Let’s hope tonight was an exception to the norm.

Extremely disappointed, after discussing my situation, about part of my order being missing, this is what I ended up receiving, a burnt dried up pice of chicken with a few chips. Disgusting! Even the dog wouldn’t eat it!

My fried chicken in the burger was moist inside, crunchy outside. Delicious! Good amount of Cole slaw and mayo. Chicken crepes very tasty with lots of chicken. Drinks great. I recommend this restaurant. Good value for money.

First time here and me and the wife where greeted by a friendly lady and shown to our seats, being that we have never been here before we took a while to view the HUGE menu on offer, once we ordered the food took a little longer than expected but by god was it worth the wait, beautifully cooked chicken, amazing chips and mash potatoes that will make you wish you had more. Service was 5 Stars, Food was 5 Stars and we will 100% be coming back.

I’ve never had hard boiled poached eggs before… and I hope never to again. It also took half an hour for my hard boiled poached eggs. Pretty disappointing. There’s only 5 people in the restaurant.

It took ages for our meals to come out. We had to remind wait staff that we had ordered sides, and when our meals did come out, one of the dishes had dried food along the side. Not sure if this was sauce from my meal drying while it was waiting to be served. The staff were lovely, but I’d question why there was one staff member in the kitchen.

We had a dinner on Friday night at Rashay’s Tuggerah and ordered Beef ribs. For some reason, the taste was funny and texture was not normal at all as we come here quite often so we were really quick to feel the difference.
