We are a small Japanese casual dining / takeaway restaurant specialising in flame grilled teriyaki, in Rochedale South (near Underwood), southside of Brisbane. With passionate craftsmanship, we aim to provide you with a class above teriyaki. Our menu is small and compact. This is in order to narrow our focus so that we only provide the best quality dishes. In fact the majority of gourmet restaurants in Japan are specialist places. Bearing this basic rule in mind, we strive to improve our work everyday, to ensure all dishes will be unforgettable. A very pleasant and cosy Japanese restaurant in Rochedale South. The food is very tasty and inexpensive, the staff here are friendly, and most importantly it feels as if you are in Japan while dining here. Love this place heaps, will come back regularly 🙂

There are oragami activities, short Japanese documentaries and a beautiful ambience within this wonderful restaurant for all to enjoy. Amazing! Owners are very friendly smiling and happy. Fresh, made to order. Their signature sauce is sooo glossy and tasty! I recommend the chicken or steak bowl. Gyoza A+ plus, you can origami or read Naruto while you wait!!

I highly recommend eating here. The restaurant was very neat and tidy. The soft background music playing really helped to set a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly too, and its easy to tell that they care about and are focused on ensuring that their patrons have a pleasant dining experience. The owner/boss deserves a special mention as he was super friendly and approachable! The food is quite delicious, and sold at good prices too.

After reading up on all the good google reviews I though I would give it a go. The food I had was next level with flavour and taste the chicken had a lovely smoked chargrilled hit. One of the Rochedale souths best restaurant for sure. Only downside was there was a slight payment issue with there online website payment platform but the owner understood the issue and remained professional throughout the situation.

Delicious food, and amazing service from the staff even when they had a busy night with many orders to make. Prices are very reasonable, and the teriyaki sauce is perfect. One of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve ever tried, I only wish I had discovered this place sooner, and will definitely become a regular!
