We had to wait a while for a table as it’s very popular. Many of the dishes going around were a bit ordinary because the more popular ones were taken. We had to wait a little while for the chef’s to make more but it was worth the wait. Next time I would book a table.

Got there at busy time so had to wait to be seated. They said we are next. Another group showed up after us and had to wait then they let them in first. Burito bar next door was excellent. Great friendly staff.

The plates on the train had brown avocado. We ordered 6 plates of sushi. 40 mins later 4 plates arrived one by one. When I asked about the missing 2 plates I was told “5 more minutes”. Then only one plate came. I was then told the missing plate was suddenly sold out. This place is a joke. Don’t bother going. There are so many better places nearby. Ginga, Hosakawa, Sakana are all miles ahead. I did give the person in charge my feedback but they weren’t interested in hearing it.

Had a terrible experience with customer service. 1. We got our number to wait for a table waited 30 minutes in that time they gave the table to other people so we went in to ask about it and 2 tables had been ready but no one told us. 2. Asked for water 5 times over the 2 hour period only to receive it at the end. 3. We ordered desserts and they never came as we waited for 40 minutes when we were leaving, we told the waitress about it and she replied very rudely when we were quite polite about the situation. Just overall did not enjoy our time there
