Picked up some sushi for a quick lunch post getting my nails done. It tasted fresh though I didn’t really appreciate the wasabi stuck to the lid as I am not a fan and there was a bit of contamination onto my salmon

Ordered with the lady, she looks very angry and was not even saying any word. When i asked her to get a room temperature water, she literally let out a big sigh. It felt like she just wanted to fight with everyone. I never see this kind of customer service before and this is very disappointing.

The one next to Melbourne central train station is definitely a no go!!!! Warning to people who wants to get their sushi here. The owner lady is rude and stingy with when we overheard her talking to the staffs. They sell overnight sushi which have gone off. We ended up throwing away the 4 rolls we bought after one bite. Don’t waste your money here!!!

Tasty sushi rolls that are on the expensive end. The disappointing thing is that the rolls are particularly small, far smaller than the average size as far as sushi rolls go, so ordering my standard amount of 2, didn’t feel enough to fill my belly. When I ordered the sushi rolls takeaway, they only gave me 1 tube of soy sauce. They have also recently changed management, and the loyalty card they used to offer customers has now suddenly disappeared. When I enquired about the loyalty card, I was spoken to quite rudely by an unfriendly staff member who put me in my place! Its unfortunate that though they do have some tasty items available – their lack of friendly customer service and ‘teeny-tiny’ sushi rolls, is a real disappointment, and gives an impression that they are trying to skimp on their products.

I bought some crispy chicken rolls at this sushi sushi not once have I ever had pink chicken in a crispy chicken sushi roll and when i returned to explain how the chicken was pink and uncooked even tasted uncooked and had a rubbery texture they tried to tell me it was a pink sauce which was obviously not true as you could clearly see that it was pink chicken and raw I also knew it wasn’t pink sauce because you could see the traditional white sauce that’s in every crispy chicken roll. I’m very disappointed with my experience and not even getting my money back will not be returning ever .

Affordable quick fresh lunch option. I trust sushi sushi over other ‘fast sushi’ brands. Given theres so many of them its a consistent product. I quite like the scallop sushi if you feel like being fancy.
