I used to be huge fan of super rooster chips, I’ve been ordering lot from one in Highfields. Never ever got disappointment from that shop. Today I thought to take it from the city drive away shop, and I’ve got the wrost chips ever!!!!! The chips stinks literally, still I tried to taste one and yukkkkk. All I can feel the taste of oil!!! I will never ever will go to this shop again and would not recommend to anyone. The basic chips if you can’t provide it then what can be expected with the rest of the food!!

A Toowoomba staple. People either love it or not. There’s always a line up for the drive-through that backs out onto the road at popular meal times. They do a range of chicken burgers, rolls and dinners. Chips are good. The staff are really good at pumping out the meals despite the high demand.

Super Rooster is a step above Red Rooster and supermarket chicken. However, the two times we have been here, we weren’t blown away by it either. The potatoes both times were not cooked properly (soft on the outside, firm on inside towards the middle).

Super Rooster Ruthven street chips have gone from the best chips in Toowoomba to the worst. Bought two small chips tonight and they were not crispy but oily and tasted terrible. Not changing the oil often or oil not hot enough. Have kept bringing up the terrible taste for the last hour.
