Shitest food ever. I used to work at singleton subway and know a good standard of food and this was absolutely awful. DO NOT RECOMEND . Chunky salads, rude staff. I could barely hear old love. Staff yelling at each other. I ate here at around 11:30 and the staff on only cared about going on their break at made me wait ten minutes for them to serve me with only one customer there. Shout out to the legend who made my sandwich. Im a truly delightful pain in the behind, who is very particular about the way my sandwich is made. Through out the process I stopped her multiple times with my bizarre requests. It started with a standard footlong Italian herb, classic chicken. She asks “fresh or toasted” and I respond “10 second toasted only please “, which she was happy to do. She starts assembling my sandwich. Grabs the cheese, and places them next to each other instead of in a puzzle formation. I asked her very nicely if I could be weird and ask that my cheese sits like a puzzle and she smiled and said “of course”. Then I asked for 2 rows of cheese, one to be melted and one to be fresh. She smiled again said “no problem”. I then thought to myself okay I better prep her for the chicken. So I politey ask “when the chicken goes on, can you please put both small bits of the chicken in the middle towards each other for a more consistent chicken experience. I’m sorry I’m a pain.” She smiled and said “its fine people change things all the time.” I said “how many are weird about the way their cheese is sitting” and she just giggled and shook her head.

Worst subway I have ever been too, waited 15 minutes for my sandwich and it wasn’t even busy. The 4 staff on were working at the slowest speed imaginable and looked like they would rather be dead. My sandwich was cold when I got it. Would not recommend.

Less quantity of food served. Very rude staff with every customer. Front of me their was a lady who was not very fluent in English but pretty clear. The staff was giving very emberssing looks at her during her order. Awful experience.

Just awful. The girl behind the counter said “You right” then took a big sniff and wiped her nose on her arm. To make matters worse, they were out of several kinds of bread. Just walked away disappointed having had so many good Subway experiences.

Rip off store in Salamanda Bay shopping centre They only put 4 slices of ham on your roll !!! All other stores give 8 slices. Had to ask for the correct amount. No apology given. Also most expensive subway been to !!! Ham 12 inch $9 !! All other stores have been $8 or less. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Customer service is non exsistant ….every single time I go i used to put it down to everyone has a bad day but seriously every single visit is unpleasent i am greated rudely or without a smile and then been deaf and hear by lip reading after saying I am deaf they continue to look down while speaking and mumbling i work i retail if i treated my customers like they do i wouldnt have a job …when i said this to management they just laughed …well u might find it funny but as a loyal and regular customer i will no longer eat from this shop ever i am paying for good service i dont recieve good service if i could give this store 0 stars i would
