We had a quick bite on a show day morning at about 10am. We were the only family in the restaurant with 1 poor staff being the cashier and running into the kitchen to prepare our food. At least we had hot food which was really good.

Worst customer experience. I just wanted to use the washroom, I understand it’s closed at night but when I went there, there were already two girls coming out of the washroom, locking it themselves. So they were allowed to use it but didn’t allow me. I genuinely wanted to use it. This is discrimination and I am very hurt.

Where to start! They don’t even deserve 1 start tbh. Started with the service staff got my order wrong and insisted it was my fault. Then comes the food. Quality. OMG! The Hot chips was soggy, it’s under cooked, chicken was overcooked, was given chicken Pattie’s for grilled chicken salad. Is this normal?! Worst service ever!

I ordered driver-thru,ordered chicken salad bowl no cutlery provided. When i get home and opened the food chicken was burnt in my salad as it can be seen in the pic, there was big stem of lettuce that was gross, ended up putting in the bin. Wouldn’t recommend them. Go to another Oporto.

Depressing atmosphere. Depressed staff. They told me it would be seven minutes wait for my main so I got an entree but the entree was going to take many minutes so I cancelled the order and got a refund. It was a relief to get out of the place. Such a vibe of oppressive sadness. I don’t even care if I get the refund. All I wanted to do was be out there. No sign yet of the refund. Just execrable. Sordid and wan.

Not recommend at all. I order vegan rappa and churros and they gave me chicken one as vegetarian i can not eat chicken so i drive back (25 min) to store (19/08/2023 , time-1.15AM-1.35 AM ) after i explain thing to them the Indian guy( Adult) give me my correct order and told me that i order wrong food as I told them before i am vegetarian how can i eat chicken but he didn’t accept so that i ask him to open that wrap front of me that make it share it perfect this time and they do not make any excuse then he open it and force me to eat then i told him it’s for my husband so i don’t want to eat but want to check and he put in bag like that open so i ask him like can you please wrap it for me and then he was like i am not doing anything for you and through out food on table. He continued to saying like you are not Prime minister for me and i was like this the way you guy’s talk to customer. He try to provoke me and interesting thing the Lady(white- may be manager) didn’t apologise for their rude and unprofessional staff. This is not for this store only but its about all oporto store. I would never recommend to any oporto store for any food because their staff only know how to disrespect customer or person. I think oporto management team need to focus on this. Very very big NO to any Oporto.

Always slow to get food. The staff usually have no idea what’s going on and the manager is often running around stressed. But… it’s the only thing open late at night, so for that reason, it’s convenient.
