If you want to feel like you are eating something healthy then it’s hard to go past Subway. However they are not all the same; some are better than others and it all depends on how they stack your sub. You can usually tell by the weight. One thing that not one of them can do – we have tried this about ten times in various stores – is to cut a 12 inch sub into one third and two thirds. It invariably comes back cut in half. It’s a bit of worry in how they educate our young people these days. Despite trying to explain what you want to them, explaining that nobody seems to understand, them saying that they do, they still get it wrong! (My daughter has better tales of trying to get a burger with just the meat patties from McDonalds. They have never got it right. It just goes to show its not only Subway that can’t understand a simple request).

Standard Subway but disappointed they no longer had roast beef. It had been withdrawn from the menu. Too expensive.
