Actually, I don’t want negative comments at all. But I talked to my partner and he suggested writing to the branch manager. I am a food delivery driver. I went to pick up food there at about 6:59 minutes today. I asked a woman who was wearing a black shirt. With polite words that I am here to receive food And she answered unwillingly or angry with someone. So I asked her in a gentle voice if I had to wait long. She replied sternly that she didn’t know. But the male staff working in front of the counter He spoke very well, gave very good service, I admire it. It’s actually not a big deal, but I feel like this female employee is being discriminatory. It makes me feel like I don’t want to use the services here at all.

I didn’t get the food even though I paid for it due to the employee’s mistake. I asked the staff, but they told me to talk to the manager only, and I couldn’t make a new manager. I had no choice but to wait for more than an hour.

This is definitely the neatest and tidiest McDonald’s in all of Townsville, My family and I enjoyed our dine in meal here, I hope that this store can maintain its current standard of cleanliness and tidiness. Most other Maccas stores in Townsville are dated and due for a complete refresh.

My recent encounter with McDonald’s Aitkenvale left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. The manager’s rudeness and unhelpfulness when asked a simple question about their chicken supplier was appalling. They straight up lied about who the supplier was and abruptly hung up when I asked for them to confirm instead of giving me what they “think”. Basic information regarding dietary requirements should not require chasing down the head office, as it takes seconds to check the chicken box. McDonald’s Aitkenvale showed a complete disregard for customers’ needs and displayed a lack of transparency. I caution those with dietary requirements to be wary, as this experience raises serious concerns about their integrity.
