Without exagerrating, worst Domino experience ever (out of many). Delivery too late after wrong information in app. It said Order complete but was delivered 10mins later. Pizzas cold, fries cold, garlic bread soggy, no utensils, no napkins, boxes crushed, delivery boy seemd drunk (no kidding). What was that? We request a full refund. Zero value for money. Domino, get their act together quick or close this business…

Ripped off, not what I ordered and cold. Terrible service. Pizza was missing ingredients only one thing on it and I paid over $30 for an incomplete, cold pizza with ants inside the box. Just tried to call them about the issue and they wouldn’t pick up. Incompetent service. Never ordering from Narrabeen Dominoes again. Unless you stand there and watch them make it and check before you leave the shop.

Our ordered missed multiple items 3 x over!!! We had to have our order delivered 3 times and they still didn’t deliver what they promised. Out of every domino’s we have ordered from, this is by far the least professional and filled will false promises.

Disappointed! After not being able to eat for a whole day due to my pregnancy hormones I finally get a craving for a thick shake. I order it alongside a pizza for pickup. When I go in to pick up my food, the server hands me a mousse instead. I tell him that I ordered a shake and he responded “do you really need one fatty? This is all we have and clearly… a better option”. I had never felt so humiliated. Will never be coming here again

I have no complaints about the pizza ingredients or how it’s cooked but do not use the home delivery. They seem unable to predict delivery time. The delivery time is usually revised 3 times and still arrives late. You can see on the tracker that it is prepared swiftly then it sits for at least 10 minutes in store, before taking another 10 minutes to cover the 1km to my home. Thus it is always arrives cold. See the video I posted. I writing this while my pizza sits in the oven reheating – not the best way to enjoy pizza
