Poor customer service at 6.30 pm on a Monday night. Had to stand in a queue for 20 minutes before being served! Only one employee was serving (Shelby/Shelton). The other employee just sat down in the actual shopfront and had her dinner and happily played on her mobile phone – completely ignoring the one employee serving and the customers waiting! (as can be seen in the photo).There was still a queue when I left.

Resturaunt manager Kayla did an amazing job. Shame you opened a drive thru slowing service for the counter. Walk-in’s for subway is the main experience.
