Jay at Big Fish Subway is great! I called him at 12noon to order 2 platters for urgent pick up as I completely forgot. Jay advised they usually need more notice however would start making them straight away. By the time I got there, they were already cutting them up. I was out of there by 12:30! Fantastic service, he made sure I was happy and even offered to help me to the car. I went back and ordered another 2 today (the right way online with plenty of notice this time) and he was there again giving great service. Thanks Jay!

passed threw on my travels. it was Public Ekka holiday on this side of town and everything else in the shopping centre was shut. Subway being the only food available was getting slammed. I went in customers already being served and they still acknowledged me and were quick to get the knife into the bread. a young one called Olivia was working and also she seemed to be training a new staff member. her customer service was great the food was nice and what I have come to expect. I actually felt for the young ladies as I could see it was near the end of the night they were likely busier than they had ever been before and the 2 staff were still lovely to customers and unflustered by the work load and working away,

Went to subway for dinner on the way home, I was going to get the promotional sub since they sent me an email saying come in and try it. The response from the team member was we don’t have any chipotle chicken, I then went for the streak and cheese sub and we’ll not sure if it was defrosting but the girl brought the steak out in a bag and said think it’s ready to what might have been the manager, which she said yes. While the person who might be in charge was making her own dinner. With a whole onion in her plate not cut up, the girl then asked what salads I wanted which I wanted onion, she then said we don’t have any onion on hand either. This was at 5 pm in the afternoon pretty bad service since it’s technically there dinner time and not to busy. Might be good to look into the shop as it’s not run to well. Could be a way of increasing some sales, as the staff where caring about making there own food instead of the customers.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Husband walked in and there was 2 customers already in the store and he didn’t get a hello or any form of acknowledgement, mean while both the people serving were working on 1 sandwich, which had been toasted and was just left on the bench going cold while both servers were now both working on a bowl order together, (husband still has not been acknowledged yet) and then one of the servers just walked out back still with no acknowledgement after being in the store for almost 5 mins, so my husband walked out and we went elsewhere.

The service has been incredible the many times I have been there, the food quality is good and delicious, the staff are honest when they don’t have what you need or if something costs more, I also don’t get misgendered here either as I am trans and they are always very friendly and gender neutral. I have only had one good experience here and that was with a young girl who was from another store!! Every other experience has been very disappointing- tonight the girl that served me had no customer service skills. Made me feel like I was holding her hostage with how ‘unhappy’ she looked to be there. We all have our bad days but she had no regard for myself as a polite customer and she had no care for her work. The subs were very messy. More customer service training needs to be done at this store.
