Staff are lovely, however the kids look like they are under duress with the manager there. Hardly any salads are allowed to be used, which is beyond ridiculous!! And even right on sauce!! I’ve tried it a few times and it’s the same thing each time! So annoying.

Hands down my favourite subway shop I’ve been to in Victoria. The staff are always smiley and kind, sandwiches always have a very good amount of fillings put in them, and the store is always spotless. I’m not sure if the lady who often serves me is the manager or owner, but she always puts a smile on my face any time I visit – she’s so lovely and welcoming! Truly has a heart and passion for people and hospitality.
