I just had a footlong buffalo chicken sandwich here and it was the most balanced and best Subway sandwich ever. All the veggies were assembled perfectly so that you get a bit of each with each bite. I come from California and you would never see anything like this over there. Good job to the tall guy that made my sandwich on 29/2/20 at 2pm. Keep up the good work!

Ordered an Italian BMT after waiting 20 mins for customer service. I asked for all the salads except for tomatoes and tomato was the first thing he put on my sub. After that he gave me the wrong change and the sandwich didn’t even have enough lettuce not to mention the poor attitude the teenager had while serving me. I didn’t complain to him because I didn’t wanna come off like a Karan to him and I understand that fast food can be a stressful but still it’s no excuse to give me attitude and ruin my meal that was overly charged. Definitely ruined my afternoon. Would not recommend anyone to go to this subway. Thanks for reading 🙂

Absolutely rip off. Ordered a footlong ham with salami cost me $17.95 charged me $5 for extra meat. How the hell can they justify that. Absolutely never going back here. Cheaper to go to a restaurant and order a steak.

Worst experience, waste of money . subway @ “cairns central” mall is THE WORST SUBWAY, I bought teriyaki chicken salad bowl but the chicken quantity is very very less compared to other places,because i had this at different cities. Also lettuce is not Fresh like any other subway. Simply waste of money. They aren’t providing any serviettes, even after asking she provided me with just 1 PC of tissue. We are going there for the brand and standard quality across the world. This’s simply irritating.
