Absolutely pathetic, paid for a $145 platter for an important function. Received my confirmation email stating 2 hour delivery. 4 hours past no communication had to call and chase up my order. Only to be told lies. Then on the second call was informed that it will arrive in the next 30mins ( 5 hours late). Order made in the morning mind you. Was delivered at the wrong address and I was told to go there and find it and collec it myself. Asked for a refund. Again lies. Still haven’t received my refund. Terrible customer service and terrible ability to conduct Business. Avoids my calls. Will be going to ACCC and Ombudsman.

One of the worst subway franchise I have ever came across. I visited this subway on 17th January 2023 around 5.30 pm and the GUY WITH LONG HAIR just didn’t seem to enjoy his work. He was extremely rude, sighing, shaking heads in front of the customers and throwing stuff around in the kitchen. It seemed like he was there by force. His coworker who was a new guy didnt enjoy his company either. The new guy was really good though.

Busy Friday night and I walked in around 8:45pm and was told shop closed, NO YOU HAVE 9PM CLOSE TIME, went to Cairns North and guess what, it was still opened and was served by a lovely guy there, so won’t be coming back to orchid plaza Subway and you are right in town so missing alot of business plus I am an uber driver so won’t be recommending your store

Customer service was terrible. No hello, no goodbye, not a smile during service. All the ingredients looked off to the point I didn’t get spinach or capsicum. Won’t be going here again.
