Absolutely divine! Cairns’ best kept secret. The dumplings are the best I’ve ever had, the sauce was just so good. The beef main was super tender and pulled apart too. The young female waitress was also great and gave incredible service. Will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful night.

This restaurant is one of Cairns best kept secrets. Hard to find as almost no online presence and it isn’t even listed on the Hilton’s phone menu. Husband and I had dinner there this evening. I tried Husband’s yellowfin tuna entree (I don’t like seafood) and it was amazing – a taste explosion. We both had the beef for our main dish – melt in your mouth and so full of flavour. We shared the ‘coffee stone’ for dessert as it sounded intriguing. It was a fantastic combination of white chocolate, coffee ice cream and a choc hazelnut cake – and it really did look like a stone! Well worth the effort to find and book.

Attending Saturday night, advised waitress we would be having the three course pairing package, ordered a pre-dinner drink, one didn’t arrive, entree’s and wine pairing arrived minutes later, drinks galore, food ordinary. Waitress didn’t place napkins on lap , didn’t remember who had what meal. Eye fillet ordered medium rare – tough etc won’t go back its not fine dining!
