I went on the 21/9/23 around 3pm to order a sub when I saw black and white fuzzy mould on the cucumbers!!!. The girl working thought she was slick to think that through the glass window, myself or any customer would not see it. She used the SAME glove to throw the cucumbers in the bin. THEN CONTINUED TO USE THE SAME GLOVES TO MAKE THE SANDWICH !!!. Girl, if you ever see this, you should be forever ashamed .

The worst experience ever. The girl at the counter was super rude and kept me waiting for 10 minutes as she was busy doing something else. Then she prepared the worst sub ever where she almost manged to burn the bread. Very rude staff and pathetic preparation of food. I’ve been going to Subway for more than 10 years now but never thought that someone could manage to screw up a sub so bad.

My daughter, Neice and myself entered the Macarthur Square Subway for lunch, we were greeted by two happy staff members. The staffer known to us as White Fox told us to be prepared for the best sandwich we had ever had. She was not wrong. Great service and an awesome Sub. Thank you for a great experience.

I first came to this subway in March 2023 and have been a regular ever since. They have the most friendliest staff who clearly work hard, make the best sandwiches and keep the store neat and tidy. Definitely the best subway in Sydney by far.

My daughter and I recently visited Subway, Macarthur Square for lunch. Only one staff member on duty at time of serving us. Biggest concern I found, handling bread and fillings, then handling cash and returning to handle the food with NO CHANGE in gloves. Another Staff member turned up, threw whatever she was carrying in the back of the shop, commenced serving customers, with same practice of handling bread, fillings and cash. Absolutely disgraceful hygiene and should be corrected immediately. I hope Management read this and take action to protect customers. We will NEVER buy from this shop again.

Horrible service all 3 workers were sitting down talking to a guy who looked about 16 not in uniform. All 3 girls had hair out or in a not safe for food style. I heard what seemed like the girl in charge call my partner fat because he forgot something and went back up to order. Also heard they’re gossiping about every customer that walked in. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN IF STAFF ARE LIKE THAT. WONT BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN.
