I went in today to get a sub for my partner. I did not get a hello, I simply got something like ‘what would you like’ I asked for the bread and meatballs double meat, she then asked if it’s toasted, I said yep…. She was moving along doing others subs, then put mine in to be toasted without asking about cheese… I didn’t notice until it was almost out of the toasty machine, she then took it out & just looked at me as if I knew what to say… I then said can I get cheese on it as well? She said what cheese… she then put cheese on, which was not ‘toasted with the bread’ then moved on again and finally then asked what salad, I told her… she barely spoke to me the entire and acknowledged I was there or what I wanted….. Didn’t seem to be giving great customer service to anyone at any point… I then paid to another girl, saw I had my sub card in my hand and didn’t say anything just took my money and that’s it.. Seemed sarcastic the entire way through my order process and me not being acknowledged is not customer service.

No bread options at my time of visit. I was lucky that the only option was what I wanted. All other filling options where available but my favorite grain mustard sauce is still not available after two months, come on! this is a multi billion dollar franchise!!! And there is a price issue between stores. I visit three different locations and have been charged three different prices for the same order, the worst being Cairns Central where I was charged extra for ordering two different meats but the portion was the same as ordering one option. When I quried the price I had to wait 20 minutes for a manger so that I could resolve the issue. I cancelled my order and moved on.

Always excellent quality. I’ve noticed several subways are getting a little stingy on the fill. It’s not pleasant for a customer to be treated with stinginess. Is this corporate greed? Is this going to ruin a good brand as greed always does? I hope not.
