Atrocious to say the least. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a footlong sub, at the first 6 inches as I was partly through the second I notice a dead fly embedded in the sub. I called the restaurant and I advised of the situation and all that was said was “Ok…” there was no apology or sense of responsibility taken. Do not eat here. Their food standards are clearly sub par and they don’t care if you eat whatever insect or rodent may “fall” into your food.

We’ve had many good experiences here but tonight the older lady working questioned and made a rude comment about my partner and I wearing the same casual clothes. This was absolutely disgusting to hear and left me shocked. After reading other reviews about the terrible service here I am no longer surprised. On a positive note I would like to thank the young girl working who served us and was amazing to deal with.

This young guy with curl hair need some manner to talk to customers. Also with the delivery guys coming to pick up foods. I was on line to order food and was rude like i am there to ask for free food. Pay respect for the customer. Thats how u getting paid young man.

Attended on the 4tn Nov purchased a 6 inch chicken sub and one chick charged me $23. I did just attend and received a full refund. The manager was lovely and extremely apologetic.

My customer services always leaves me smiling, the food is fabulous, the bread is fresh, and I am yet to be dissapointed or even slightly unhappy with an order. The staff are absolutely amazing, there one one female worker who I sadly forgot the name of who deserves a raise or some sort of promotion 🙂

A really bad experience with a little height guy. Such a rude I have never met in my life . First he gave the wrong bread and then instead of sorting it out he started blaming on me Even I apologise for if there’s a misunderstanding. I am vegetarian and wasn’t happy when I saw the seafood in with the salads and staff didn’t seem to be considered of my needs and one of the staff coughed and didn’t even wash her hands and then continued to prepare the food. My requests to change gloves between meat and vegetables was ignored. Will not be eating at this establishment again.

Just bought a large pizza sub from here. When I got home found it was a chicken sub i bought home. Returned to the store and all i got was sorry and the staff member tried to blame me for grabbing the wrong sub when she handed it to me. Last time i buy a subway for that store. The other guy got a uber eats . Poor will have to put up with pizza instead of chicken. Lucky him. NOT
