Ordered two large whopper with cheese meals from the drive though. Service was poor, meal was even worse, burgers were served without cheese, both the chips and burger were stale and cold as though they were made yesterday, we often drive through and stop here though this was the worst meal/service I’ve ever had from a Hungry Jacks.

Ordered breakfast dining in. Not many customers, but waited for about 15 minutes. We had ordered 2 breaky rolls and only one had an egg on it. Got a refund on it. Not good.

This is the second time I have gone through the drive through, and it will be my last. Talk about incompetents, every time you order a meal they stuff it up.First time they argued that I didn’t listen to the order, I told the staff member I know what I ordered, The person talking the order needs to listen and not have a 3 way chat with other staff while working and serving customers.Then the second time around same thing again , ordered a meal and they argued again that I didn’t listen, it did not come up on the screen until I drove away from the speaker. When I complained the manager rolled their eyes at me. Advice to the owner of this store, you might want to find yourself some staff that actually pay attention to what the customer orders, and you might want to change management while your at it. Lucky for you I had to give one star otherwise it would have been a big fat 0.

Ordered a large combo. Was told to take a park. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through then 17 minutes in car park. Rang store to see where food was. Eventually food come out. Service person was very apologetic and said kitchen was to blame. Worst HJ in Qld.

The food is always predictable and tasty. The store was the cleanest takeaway store I have ever been into. Even the toilets were not offensive like you normally encounter. Well done HJ Gympie. You operate a clean pleasant store!
