I thought that they were meant to be 24/7 store. On 5 occasions in the last 3 weeks at 3am in the morning when going to place a order, I get told sorry we are closed as we a doing a system update come back at 5am. Is it that some staff( duty manager) don’t want to work ??? I understand systems need updating but Really every week or sometimes 2 times in the week.

Really need to either figure out of stock to standard procedure with their coffee vanilla latte all the time, one day it’s great the next day it legit tastes like 10 pumps of vanilla syrup and milk, completely undrinkable ( this has happened on multiple occasions before posting this is clearly one particular barista who ever is working this morning) I am sure they have standard amounts per coffee size, I didn’t order a hot vanilla milkshake.

Always fast, snappy service here. Orders are put out fast and staff are friendly. Haven’t yet received an issue with my order. Store is usually pretty clean and there is load of parking to get in and out.

Came for breakfast at 4.45am as the store is listed as 24hour. Arrive and the doors are locked. Full of employees. No signs up saying they are closed for any reason. Even has signs stating it is open 24/7. Went somewhere else

Seriously guys again!! I honestly don’t know why it’s so hard when everything is in front of you on a screen to read! Once again NO, straws, serviettes and sauce! I ordered 4 separately and paid for them! I get home with nothing! Too busy to turn around to go back! Why is this so hard? Second time this month! Pretty poor! Also burgers not good!

Food at Gympie Maccas is never up to standard. Today the chips were cold and old, the buns were stale. If it’s junk food it should at least be fresh. No bin near the outside grassed eating area.

It’s a McDonalds, a regular stop for traveler’s heading north through Gympie. Given the volume of people visiting this store it’s a little understandable that the facilities are not always perfectly clean, I’m sure they do their best to keep it clean, that said it’s still beats the public toilets in the nearby parks!
