Ordered through drive-thru, girl mistaked my order of a schnitzel sub as a pizza sub. When going to pay she had the pizza sub already made I corrected her and said it was wrong. She offered to re-make it. Only when I finally received my sub, she had just taken the pizza meats off and replaced it with microwaved chicken, did not put any cheese on it and the bread was soggy and tasted like pepperoni. This took 18 minutes and I was the only person there.

Who ever is running this place now has let it slide. Subs are thrown together with ingredients missing. The drive through experience is a cracker. After scratching all down your passenger side doors and mirrors because of the overgrown hedges down the drive thru you then get to a speaker box where you can barely hear anyone so the order take ls forever. Then when you’re at the window to pay you repeat everything to check because they also can’t hear anything. Give this place a miss !!

Ordered via Menulog. Both Footlongs weren’t toasted (we ordered toasted), both had no ordered spread, one of them had no ordered sauce (so no sauce at all) and 5 ordered veggies were missing. Very disappointing ☹️

I don’t know who’s running this store at the present time but as a fairly regular customer I found the drive through service horrendous today. I was asked to wait a moment, by a sharp voice that came from a speaker tower roped to a poll to keep it upright. After waiting 10 full minutes and watching a staff member restock the Drink fridge at 11am while there were at least 3 cars in drive through, I called out and was then server by a voice that was as impatient and I was feeling. Once proceeding to the payment window I was there so long I actually turned my car off as I had been idling for over 15 minutes.

The young lady that was serving me had accidentally put the old English cheese in the seafood container. Another employee came over and put that same block of cheese BACK IN the cheese container. I complained and said that was really bad as I’m anaphylactic to seafood and if I had ordered that cheese I would have died!!! She proceeded to come back, pick up the cheese, look at it and put it back in and huffed at me like she didn’t care. The absolute worst customer service and attitude from the woman and utter disrespect to my concerns for health and safety was unmeasurable. Please do better subway. I’m scared to order drive through not being able to trust what I’m eating, which leaves me to only be able to walk in and to still leave with concerns for your restaurants. Do better subway.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Subway store. Ordered via the app for convenience however the order wasn’t started until I asked at the expected ready time. Came back after getting a drink and the ingredients were terrible quality, had the wrong meat on one of the subs and had ranch instead of mayonnaise. Came back and after waiting 15 minutes we were seen to have it remade, only to realise it was made wrong again. The store needs to ensure there is competent workers at each station, the front counter just had two young boys who looked flustered.
