Always so good. Fast service. Food is always fresh. They cook the fresh food on the grill on your order. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I can recommend the zucchini fries are the best. It’s easy to see why the Grill’d chain has survived the recent economic situation when so many others have not. Keep up the great work guys.

What do i have to say? Came in excited to get a feed before the movies. The positives are great customer service and a very nice looking restaurant. My dogs food looks better than the food i was given. burger looked like it had been chucked around. food was absolutely atrocious undercooked patty which led me to have to leave the movie early because i got sick and vomited, chips were undercooked and tasted like raw potato am so disappointed i have had to write this review. thanks for nothing grilld. you just lost a customer. But hope you have a good night!

I wish a could leave a good review but I unfortunately cannot. Went in with my friend before our movie. Both of us were having an excellent evening until we weren’t. Service was fine not good just fine. got our ‘burgers’ if you could even call whatever they were a burger. in my eyes just looked like a sloppy mess! ‘Chips’ were undercooked like they had thrown potato slices in the cup then thrown it out a moving car and run it over. And to top it all off next morning we both woke up extremely ill and nauseous.

Our family regularly attend Grilled restaurants across Qld and interstate. I can say that Maroochydore is by far the worst. The reception staff are not friendly, meals are not presented well and GF bread over cooked and when staff deliver the food, they may as well drop it at shoulder height onto the table. They have to appreciate when a family orders, it will be a $150 order. As such you expect quality service.

Was really impressed with the Grill’d Sunshine Plaza today wait time from ordering to receiving our meals was only about 5 minutes, it wasn’t very busy today at lunch. The burgers were super tasty, very fresh ingredients, beef patties juicy, cooked perfectly and just melted in your mouth and the hot chips were a nice addition on the side with their famous tomato chutney sauce. Prices are very reasonable too.

On the 6th of august the 2 girls with the green shirts behind the counter, one with a red bandana and the other with a green were extremely sour and very rude(rolling eyes, attitude) making everyone feel unwelcome, especially us and the little boy behind us. i was served by the girl with the red bandana and probably my worst experience ordering ever. the foods good but not worth the disrespect and being treated like that. used to be one of my favourites for food but that completely turned me off.( the wait staff were great just the girls behind the counter)
