Will never return!! The lady who served us was very very rude and incompetent. I asked for a pizza melt with chicken, was charged $18.75… I understand prices have gone up but $18.75 for 1 sub, absolute rip off!!! When questioning the price was told I needed to be charged for a chicken sub and charged extra for the pizza. Said that was a rip off and was told “that’s the way it is!”. Told the rude lady I wouldn’t return, she shrugged her shoulders and said.. OK! Have been to this subway many times but will never return!!!

I was served by “Zac” he was very polite and professional. He knew everything about the subs and could answer any questions and concerns I had. He made my sub just the way I like it, the sub was delicious as well as the cookies. Thank you

I ordered lunch for a large women’s forum and we were not disappointed- the subs were spectacular, and gluten free wraps amazing! Thank you Subway in Margaret St Toowoomba City – you really did us proud! And when I asked for extra serviettes your staff were happy to oblige. Oh I understand that that was free advertising, but it was more… it was generosity when we needed it. And my ladies were well satisfied.i will definitely trust in you again.

Service was non existent in the Margaret st store, we walked in and patiently waited to be served. Both staff members completely ignored us while standing right in front of us preparing what I guess was online orders. I completely understand that with food delivery services a huge thing the stores have orders to fulfil but I would also presume that in store customers should at least be acknowledged when waiting for service. Even a quick “we will be with you in a moment” would have been nice. Maybe they should consider more staff in store so they can have staff dedicated to in store service. We went to a different store and the service was fantastic. Plenty of staff and friendly service.

Just had a salad delivered and it’s the most pathetic salad ever.. Super disappointing. Didn’t even try to full the bowl up and lettuce wasn’t an option so I was given about 8 pieces of spinach. Waste of money.
