The machines were broken and no receipt came out it. 5 workers were fooling around at the back while the line was massive. I waited for 25 minutes for my order including both my and friend had to go up there. One employee was somewhat helpful. The assistant manager was a douche and blatantly told me that I was wrong, when in fact the employee who was fooling around out the back read the wrong number and took it to the back. I got my food cold and no one apologised for the screw up at all. Im not pleased. Be better

I don’t normally write reviews, but our meal tonight was absolutely terrible. The fries were soft and stale, the nuggets were rock hard and gummy, the burger was barely passable as fresh. You could tell the food was sitting out for ages. I thought Maccas had time limits on that stuff. Really disappointed.

The most awful experience I’ve ever ever had at this place in the past 10 years, the management is disgusting swearing at customers (me) and saying she called my order out when I never even heard her call and I was standing waiting for my meal for around 20min, I’ve heard other people have also experienced this behaviour from her too, I was being polite and trying to get the situation handled but all she wanted to do was be rude towards me never again will I be coming back, and I hope who ever hires people will put their employees attitudes into consideration because that was disgusting. Also never even got a refund for my meal because she refused to give me one….

Very below average Mcdonalds experience ever. Had to ask for washroom key and staff came to open the door was super weird. Drink served was flat and lacked the flavor. Simple water tastes better than that. Staff seems to not care about customers on counter and pretend that drive through was super busy when there was no car in lane .

The Store inside grand central is unfortunately terrible. Food is not anywhere close to the quality of other mcdonalds. Chips are always half filled. You can order whatever but they don’t tell you that they don’t have half the ingredients to make at least 5 different items on the menu so instead of making the item unavailable they make a bin worthy version of the item missing its ingredients. Also crew leader doesn’t seem to know what they are serving as she was unaware as to what even goes onto the items her team are making.

The worst service I’ve ever received anywhere in my entire life. Waited twenty minutes for a McMuffin and hashbrowns. Actively watched the hashbrowns burn for 10 minutes and no one fixed it. They only made drive through orders, never served anyone up front. I eventually told them they needed to refund me, which they did after about 5 minutes without apologising or trying to get my food. So I get no food and $12 in $1 coins. Thanks.
