My order today left a lot to be desired. Not only did I only receive half of my order as my second item was missing (fully paid for mind you) but it was cold and soggy! From the time my order left the restaurant, it took 22 minutes to be delivered and it only had to go 2.4 kilometres…….and then as mentioned I only received half my order…..makes for an expensive meal!

The worst subway store we’ve ever had experience with. Cannot wrap a wrap to save their life, not even a “stuffed” wrap, chicken strips, cheese, lettuce and carrot. Not like it has several meats, a bunch of cheese and every salad item. Ordered 5 subs all meats where fridge cold. Not the first time and doubt it will be the last. Won’t spend another cent here. Both instore and deliveries so not a delivery mismanagement

Our sandwiches were made with love and care. As I bit into my sandwich, I could feel the tingles travel through my body. As I chewed I felt the sandwich give my cheeks a hug. A nice warm friendly hug. One of the best subways I’ve ever had. Was cut a bit crooked though.

they didn’t even cook the chicken they missed 5 items out of my sub ordered 2 both were missing at least 5 things, weren’t toasted when requested, southern chicken wasn’t heated up just awful and cold, absolute waste of money ordering here.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this subway. All of the times I have ordered, the orders have been wrong or the food has been cold. There is absolutely no accountability with the staff. It is honestly not that hard to read and order and take the time to make it correctly. Seriously order at this subway if it is the last thing opened in your local area.

Sadly I didn’t have a good experience this evening. Staff were very unfriendly and didn’t want to be there. All 4 of our subs were made so messy and with no care. We were being really friendly to staff and they wouldn’t even reply to us. For the price we paid, our subs were skimpy and so messy. Staffing needs a massive improvement. 🙁 disappointed as I am a local
