Staff did not ask the usual questions as they were too busy messing around with each other in the kitchen. Restaurant was out of ingredients, which would usually be fine, however the food recieved was more than sub par. Farting in the kitchen, laughing about it and poking fun at disabled members of the public is absolutely not on and very seriously wrong.

I ordered the supreme chicken wrap and while eating I got a whole chicken head… Honestly tasted delicious and ordered 10 more however they didn’t have chicken heads I fed my dogs the chicken and they soon later died. I hope I can live on with this loss curse you taco bell. Food was immaculate with the chicken head. P.s The guy in the bathroom literally blew the place up it smelt good tho.

For me, it’s a little difficult to judge fairly because I’m used to American Taco Bell, which is far better. The American cheese sauce is a spicy jalapeño cheese, and this cheese sauce? Just tastes like salty yellow gravy. Not at all what Taco Bell cheese should be. But again, maybe I’m biased. But anyways, if it were just my personal taste, I would give it a higher rating. But that combined with the actual shop? The menu items are quite limited. They didn’t have any hot sauce, which is blasphemy. The soda tasted watered down. And there was a huge area of the store that was flooded. The fries weren’t very good. The Crunchwrap was alright, though still not great, or we’ll put together. Meh.

Service was friendly but we were told 10-15min for steak. That’s fine but it took 30min for us to get our food. When it did come the chips were soggy and luke warm. Others with me got fresh hot chips. Staff were apologetic and we got churros for free.

Very average food. The bare minimum in taco creation. I ordered a shredded beef taco with a chicken taco. The beef was minced not shredded. Both tacos were loosely packed and messy. Rather flavourless (spiciness, or lack thereof, does not constitute flavour). Honestly, a child with an Old El Paso taco kit could produce a better meal. The staff member leaving the toilets, wiping his damp hands on the rear of his pants was most off-putting. On the upside, the food is probably a bit healthier than the usual fast food outlets. I didn’t ring the “Did we make you happy bell?”, which by the way, is a super annoying gimmick. Who wants a loud jarring clang while eating? No one. If you’re looking for good Mexican food try instead Guzman y Gomez Windsor, the Burrito Bar in Rosalie or Montezuma’s Taringa.

For the price you pay, the serving is a little underwhelming. While sure it follows the US refill your drink but in general a cup full is more than enough for anyone.
